My Story

It all started with me spending more than 15 years working for Fortune 500 companies in the fashion and retail industries.  It was here that I gained invaluable experience managing product, people and teams, and negotiating for the global supply chain of a multi-billion dollar company.

After a rewarding chapter in corporate, I felt inspired to explore entrepreneurship. Within a year I opened a retail shop, and two years later I designed and produced my first clothing line from the ground up.

With years of combined corporate and entrepreneurial experience, mentoring and managing teams, and a life-long love for personal-development, in 2021 I decided to become a certified coach so that I could utilize my skill-set to work with and help people on a larger scale.

Obtaining a coaching certification through an ICF- accredited program has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.  The world of coaching has given me the unique opportunity to partner with so many amazing companies and people, helping them work towards their life, career, and business goals.

My unique background has also given me the opportunity to support aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners through coaching, mentoring, and consulting.

Through increased self-awareness, sustainable habit-building, and leveraging effective communication, I help people take control and live more productive, aligned, and prosperous lives, based on their own definitions of success.
